I remember being too critical of myself to look too closely at my reflection.

I grew up with skin that was sensitive, acne-prone and misunderstood by the professionals that ultimately failed me when I reached out for help in my teens.

It wasn’t until I had my son in 2015 that I became determined to find the recipe for balanced skin on the face and body. I didn’t want him lost in the insecurities I held on to in my childhood and this loving thought process for him reminded me that I was deserving of this kindness as well.

I returned to school and graduated with an Honours Diploma in Esthetics and Spa Management. After taking a year to train under the guidance of various trailblazers in the holistic spa industry, my confidence, technique, and passion bloomed into something tangible.

I was inspired to create an environment where one could feel safe in the products used on their skin and seen in the beauty world as deserving of being cared for.

In a world where managing everything on your own is seen as something to admire, I strive to remind you that this is a draining practice that is not sustainable.

Our “special occasion” is every day that we wake up and give our efforts into making each day better for those we love.

We do not have to drain ourselves to earn restorative rest.

Each client that drifts off to sleep on my treatment table is actively embracing these philosophies of health and wellness.
